New to our rental portfolio, is this Phoenix West II The Oasis Unit 2708 on the 27th floor. The unit is a beautiful professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath resort property. This spacious 2000 sq ft. has floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views and an extra large deck to relax and enjoy those views. The gourmet kitchen will be a plus for mom and it includes a wet bar with under counter ice machine and bar top seating. Large laundry room with washer and dryer are included with this condo.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two queens, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is one sofa sleeper in the living and one roll away bed (good for a child), which in all sleeps 13. There is key less entry door lock so you and your family do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

The den features a 70'' TV -The condo's master bedroom has a king bed and a 55" tv. The master bedroom has it's on-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a 50" tv and on-suite full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with a 44" tv and on-suite full bath.

This unit has a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival at property front desk and the price is a one time fee of at least $45 per vehicle. Any 3 br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

The property amenities include a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, a large well equipped exercise room with additional hot tubs and separate men and woman's saunas. There are also outdoor basketball courts and Bar-B-Q Grills as well as massive amounts of indoor common area. You have covered parking in the garage.

The problem with this unit is poor management. Rather than addressing and attempting to fix broken and damaged items in the condo, the property manager chose to blame the guest on misuse. Maintenance was sent to the unit but stated they would be unable to address any of the following problems: broken ice maker, broken couch bed, poorly installed light fixtures, and overall uncleanliness of the unit. The property manager was rude and defensive any time an issue was brought up. Following our stay, we went back to see what other guests said. It appears that the same problems have persisted over the course of the entire summer and that management has been unwilling to actually put in the money to fix them. Lesson learned, read reviews prior to booking.

Property was pretty true to description! We were able to see dolphins, shark, and sting rays from the balcony and enjoyed the lazy river! Would definitely use this property again! Only down fall was the long waits and crowded rides of the elevators!
