This impressive hillside property features 4 levels of luxe style and fabulous amenities! Perfect for large groups and families, with a spacious open floor plan throughout and 6 large opulent guestrooms with private entrances, balconies and bathrooms en suite.

The main floor entrance opens to an abundance of natural light and open space. A plush sunken living room with fireplace and TV opens onto a long terrace with views the canyon and city. There’s formal dining for 8 plus a bright airy chef’s kitchen with breakfast table and sitting area with fireplace. Kitchen is stocked and equipped with top of the line appliances, cookware + utensils, dinnerware, flatware and glassware.

Each deluxe guest suite comes well appointed with crisp clean bedding, spacious closets, smart TVs and private entrances that open onto a long terrace balcony. Each en suite bathroom is hotel ready with fluffy white towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and more.

Wonderful stay and top notch property managers

We had a truly perfect weekend renting from LMR while seeing Phish at the Hollywood Bowl. The property managers are great about being in touch and are very responsive. We had a big group of people all coming in from different cities at different times and they helped us coordinate with arriving to the house. They responded to any questions we had very quickly and thoroughly. Most importantly, they're all just very nice and warm people who want to make sure you have a good time. My highest recommendation truly.

Amazing Stay for a Family Christmas Gathering

The property was a perfect for our large family Christmas gathering. Everything was as advertised, and there was clear and quick communication when needed. The views are extraordinary from all four floors. I would stay here again hands down.

Wonderful house and location, but. . .

While we found the home and location to be ideal for our group, we had several issues which really spoiled our stay. 1. The pool and hot tub heaters did not work when we arrived on Saturday, December 21 and were not fixed until late Monday night. We were unable to use either until Tuesday afternoon. 2. The large oven would not turn on. I reported this on Tuesday morning and it was still not fixed when we left on Saturday, December 28th. 3. The outdoor grill did not work. I reported this on Wednesday evening when we attempted to cook dinner (since the oven was broken). Handyman came on Thursday morning and fixed it so it worked a bit but not enough to cook a meal. It was not working when we left. 4. None of the fireplaces worked. I did not report this because of the poor response on all of the other issues. I think for the amount of money we paid to rent the house, we deserved to have everything in working order or, at the very least, to have things fixed promptly. I have rented many properties through Home Away and other websites and this beautiful, well appointed home had more problems than I have ever encountered Ellen Jones
