OCEANVIEW Avon - East Antillas Drive - A vacation at OCEAN ESCAPE enables you to escape from it all while still remaining close to it all.

The house is situated in a super location – a short stroll to restaurants, shops, groceries and the Avon Pier, but set off the main road and away from any hint of hustle or bustle. Plus, you’re only a couple of houses from the beach! Your family will love the quiet and convenience.

Enter the home from the carport with an all-weather dry entry. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths and convenient laundry area. The two queen bedrooms have sliders that open to a shaded ocean side deck. Upstairs, the open great room features ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and a convenient bath with Jacuzzi tub. The screened porch off the dining area is great for traditional Hatteras crab feasts and steamer pots. Relax on the deck and enjoy views that include the Avon Pier and a peek at the sound.

Great location

Lovely property well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Great location in Avon. 5 minute walk over dunes to a very nice beach. Enjoyed the view & decks. Had no issues everything worked as it should at the house. Liked the open layout and lots of windows on top floor.

Great stay!

Had a great time. The home was clean and had everything you could want. Easy access to the beach. The only minus would be the beds could use new mattress but other than that no complaints we will definitely rent again.

Don't rent this house.

Killed a cockroach on bookshelf. Not thoroughly cleaned. Stove burners dirty. Potholders dirty. Thermostats difficult to manage. Nail heads beginning to protrude on steps. Bath mats appeared dirty. One was wet. AC registers and return vents dirty. Not a place I would rent again.
