About this property

We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our fully furnished 2br dual-master apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, full kitchen and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The suite is located on the 4th floor with a courtyard facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It comes with a large balcony that has a great view of DTLA.

Our unit comes with a 2 queen size beds, sofa, dining area, cable TV (3 tvs in unit) and wireless internet. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well. Our guests can also upgrade internet /direct TV packages as well as additional cleaning service

Gorgeous Vacation Rental

The Visconti is gorgeous!! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities; like the onsite gym, computer room, library, and conference room, pool, hot tub, steam room, and an ASSINGED SECURED UNDERGROUND PARKING SPACE! The staff regularly cleaned and maintained the premises. Our unit was so beautiful! The apartment faced the lovely pool and palm trees. Luis greeted us and toured us around the Visconti. He was very friendly and knowledge about the area. Luis was responsive to our questions regarding the hot tub not getting hot and fallen blinds; both were taken care of speedily. I wish we had a gift basket of snacks, bottled water, coffee, laundry supplies - something. We traveled by car 1500 miles for 5 days and it would have been wonderful to be greeted with even a small token. The bed pillows need to be replaced; several were old and stained. However, all of the bed linens were pristine. The air vents really need to be clean; they were very dusty. We stayed at the Visconti for 31 days and overall really did enjoy our stay!!! We felt like we had our own little piece of a Tuscan oasis in LA -- it was BEAUTIFUL!!
