This coastal retreat is just the place to take a much-needed break from it all and let life's worries slip away for a bit. Set in a quiet neighborhood mere minutes from the sand, guests will fall in love with the bright ambiance and island decor that sets this home apart! Spend quiet mornings on the patio with a cup of warm coffee as you take a deep breath of salty air. You can even bring the dog along, as it will love evening walks on the sand too! Take a break from the beach and cool off in the shared pool to escape the heat and head back to home base to prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen or out on the private gas grill! Plus, there is no need to worry about sandy suits, as a washer and dryer are available in the home for your convenience!

This Holmes Beach hideaway is two blocks from the general waters of the Gulf of Mexico where you can simply lounge on the sand, walk along the coast, or snorkel along the local reefs! A free trolley stop is also nearby, so hop on and explore the entirety of the island with ease. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of delicious local restaurants serving up unforgettable seafood and barbeque that you won't want to miss. Plus, Bradenton is a short drive inland if you want to explore the city!

Things to know:
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Heated pools may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
