Please note: The Quote provided by VRBO/Homeaway is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The Lease Agreement will not reflect the added administrative fees or the VRBO/Homeaway service fees as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the property owner. The administrative Fees are the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO/Homeaway. Again, when booking through the VRBO/Homeaway platform, VRBO/Homeaway will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants. The amount you pay to VRBO/Homeaway includes added VRBO/Homeaway and agency administrative fees which will NOT be reflected on your lease papers. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. There will be added transaction fees to book outside the Agency and through VRBO/Homeaway to cover their requirements, commission fees and payment processing fees.
