Great vacation home

The views from the deck were alsome. The house had plenty of space for larger groups. The beds were very comfortable and the fishing was great. What else can you ask for. Thanks Robert!

Just What the Doctor Ordered

A well maintained gem on Big Pine. Rustic charm with all the amenities one needs and more. The views are so tranquil and soothing. Watching the Eagles swoop by while BBQing on the deck or while having that morning coffee is something to behold. We are recharged and well rested after our great week together.

Very nice cabin with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space. Excellent views of Big Pine Lake. We have toddlers so the steps to the lake were a little concerning but they ended up really enjoying climbing up and down. A short drive to Perham for anything you need.

I grew up in Grand Forks North Dakota near the wonderful lakes country of western Minnesota, where my family spent a great deal of our time. In 1980 I graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with teaching certification. After graduation I worked the next 31 years for BNSF Railway as a Safety and Health professional. Married my beautiful wife in 1997 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and in 2011 moved back to Fargo, North Dakota with family. We are sharing our beautiful lake home with others (VRBO) to supplement our retirement

We chose this property for its beautiful location on the south side of Big Pine Lake, wonderful view of the lake, sandy bottom lake front, great fishing, great log cabin and yard with recreation room in back with basketball hoop!

Very comfortable 4 bedroom 3 full bathrooms, with large master suite, large deck space with fantastic view of lake, dock on the lake, boat rental available, gas grill, outdoor fire pit.
