About this property

Very cozy, clean, modern & spacious 1 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of our beautifully renovated townhouse in Bedford Stuyvesant.
Experience New York from a different point of view by staying in an authentic Brooklyn neighborhood with a vibrant community life and beautiful landmark buildings.
Our property has a large backyard that we share with our guests during the summer months. We do not however allow parties on our property.
If you are coming as a group of 3 or more we have an extra bathroom to make your stay more convenient and comfortable.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room/kitchen area has 2 convertible single sleeping beds ideal for children or teenagers. They can also be put side to side to make a double bed for an adult or a second couple.
We welcome respectful, considerate guests who will treat our apartment responsibly and care for it as their own.

Everything We Needed in the Perfect Location!

We were looking for a place in Brooklyn within walking distance of our sons and found this clean, cozy apartment almost exactly halfway between their apartments. Charlotte is a warm & charming host, greeting us upon our arrival and responding quickly to any questions about the property or neighborhood. Hope to make it our go- to spot on future visits to family in Brooklyn!

Born & raised in Paris, I moved to New York in 1996.
I purchased my first apartment in 1998 and sold it in 2015 to purchase this beautiful house in Bed Stuy.

What makes this property unique

We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house.
The apartment rental is independent on the ground/1st floor and has access to the garden.
We also use the garden during the spring/summer months and would coordinate with our tenants in case of a special gathering.
