With its paintings, sculptures and amenities, this adjoining house will guarantee you a comfortable stay and a quiet and serene atmosphere. Its garden and its wooden terrace contribute to this ambiance of peace. The terrace serves as an extension of the interior of the house. You can walk barefoot; eat your meals, bathe in the sun, rest, etc. You will have the view of trees no matter where you look. From the moment you feel like you need a change of scenery the bicycles are there for you to use (2). They will allow you to get to the beach, the harbour or the city centre in only a few minutes.

Nice House with chilled little garden.

We had a great stay in the house. Its close to the skatepark, what had been great for the kids. The centre and the beach is a 15 min walk.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Fünf Sterne reichen nicht, um das wunderschöne Ferienhaus, den schönen Garten und den netten Vermieter Herrn Klumpen zu beschreiben. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, Strände schnell erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto, viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge möglich. Highlight für uns war das Hinterland und die Ausflüge in das nahe gelegene Spanien. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I am an antique dealer and occasionally a landscape gardener. For this reason a beautifully decorated house and a harmonious private garden are important to me.At the same time I like to be close to natural well preserved surroundings which allow me walks, hikes and bicycle rides throughj wild area. Capbreton, the Côte d'Argent and Villa Marensine offer all these possibilities..

Why they chose this property

I bought Villa Marensine in this small condominium in 2013. What seduced me was the quietness, the privacy and the richness of the area's natural surroundings. Furthermore, this is close to the enormous beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. There is also the advantage of being able to travel without the car: I go by bike to the port and buy fresh fish. I do the same to go to my favourite beaches. You can also bike along the Landes coastline, which is still very well preserved. I enjoy the cultural attractions and beautiful heritage sites in Bayonne, Biarritz, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, etc. I am a San Sebastian supporter, and Basque Country fan; both the Spanish and the French side , of course!

What makes this property unique

Here you will have peace in a central location surrounded by well-preserved nature. There are also a large number of sport activities such as surfing, sailing, and other water sports, golf, tennis, cycling, horse-back riding, skate boarding, etc. You can also go on boat trips departing from the yacht harbour in Capbreton. The amusement parks for kids in Capbreton and Labenne are also close by. The Basque Country and the Basque Coast are not far away. Spain is at a 45 minute distance by car, etc.
