The Island:

The Resort:

Oceanwalk is located across the street from the best beach on Hilton Head Island. This condo is a 10 minute walk (1 mile) from Coligny Square where guests will enjoy live music, restaurants, shopping and ice cream. On site we have an outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Rent a bike and take a ride down one of many bike paths that surround the complex.

The Condo:

Upon entering Coconut Cottage you will find a large kitchen which provides plenty of storage and a large amount of counter space for preparing meals.There is a Keurig type coffee machine, crock pot, toaster, pot/pan set, dishes and utensils. The pantry houses a stacked washer and dryer.

The dining table seats 4. The dining area also has a storage cabinet with bins. There you will find toys for the kids. The closet near the dining room stores an array of games.

We hope you will find the living area to be comfortable. There you will find a comfy sofa that pulls out to an upgraded, memory foam queen size bed and an arm chair for extra seating. There is also a play yard stored in the bedroom closet, just in case your traveling with little ones. You will find a selection of movies and books stored in the TV stand. A smart DVD player makes for a great movie night and offers the ability to stream Netflix.

The master bedroom will reassure you that you are on vacation with its beach themed decor. It is furnished with a comfy queen size bed. For late night entertainment, we provided a TV and a smart DVD player. Atop the nightstand is an alarm clock and a sound machine for much needed relaxation. A large closet is available for hanging clothes and also stores items such as; an iron, ironing board, drying rack, luggage rack, cooler and a fan.

The bathroom is located off of the master. It is completely renovated and includes an upgraded, spa like shower head. We also included a storage tower for your convenience.

The outdoor patio has a great view of lush landscaping. Have a family dinner on the outdoor dining set that seats 4. It is easy to relax as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The outdoor storage bench is stocked with many extras we provide at no additional cost such as: beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart to make the trip to the Beach a breeze.

We also provide the linens and some starter supplies, such as a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, a roll of paper towels and a couple of garbage bags.
