Nicely furnished

Nice condo but 3rd floor and no elevator. Also not that close to beach. I walked and found the security very good but had to call guard each time to re-enter at walk-in gate. If u have rental car - no issue since guArds give you vehicle pass. However vehicle pass QR code and scan code did not work at walk-in gate.

Great complex, condo could use some tlc

We loved Pacífico. It’s a beautiful gated community that has everything you need right at your finger tips. The grounds and pools are stunning. There are a few restaurants right at the entrance, along with a gorgeous grocery store. The main strip is a short 5 min walk away or 10/15 min to the beach. Great location. Beautiful amenities. The condo itself is functional and spacious, however leaves a bit to be desired Upon arrival the A/C was not working (I read this happened in a previous review). This didn’t bother me, but it did bother me that it took a full day to get a response from anyone and three days to get it fixed. The condo itself is decently decorated, but could use some serious tlc to bring it up to match the 5 star grounds of Pacífico. Dingy walls and doors with stains in many places, a broken bar stool and broken towel rack in the master bath (Note these items were broken in a previous review), ripped patio furniture cushions and old dingy towels and bath mats (guest bath) should all be attended to. If these items were fixed, the condo given a fresh coat of paint and the property manager were responsive, it would hands down be a 5 star experience.
