Comfortable apartment of approximately 50 m2 at the bottom of a chalet, facing south, view of Lake Matemale.
"Rented for 5 pers."
In winter the chalet is heated before your arrival, remote control of the heating.
Entrance and private terrace, ski or bike room located below the terrace, pleasant in summer and winter, parking in front, shuttle 40m away.
The entrance airlock is very practical, it opens onto a south-facing terrace
Equipped kitchen (L-v, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker + espresso, toaster, raclette ...)

Bas de chalet très appréciable

Très belle vue du chalet, conforme au descriptif et photos, propre et en bon état. Superficie confortable pour 5 personnes. Bon accueil (fée du logis), nous recommandons cette location. Propriétaires sympas. Le village dispose d'activités intéressantes pour les grands et petits à toutes saisons. Les ballades et randos, le lac pour les enfants. Bref, au top.
