Wonderful experience!

We were able to escape our busy lives for a weekend on the Central Coast and this studio was the perfect place to stay. The studio has a lovely view of Morro Rock from the deck and we made sure to get back each evening to enjoy it. In addition, it is well equipped and very clean. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is a great place to stay if you want to spend time exploring. We went north to San Simeon one day and south to Pismo Beach another day. We had so much fun we are already planning our next trip!

Great getaway!

Close to many amenities and attractions

Stayed at rental for an extended weekend in November (we were there for a wedding). During our time we visiting surrounding beaches, wine tasting in Paso Robles, and shops/dinning in SLO. The rental was very clean, had everything we needed, and owners were very welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful spacious studio with great kitchen. Bright, clean and comfortable. All furnishings high end and lovely. Owners friendly and attentive. Close to downtown.

We are a well-traveled entrepreneurial couple who enjoy the relaxed beach lifestyle here in Morro Bay, a little fishing village, and the Central Coast of CA.
Having lived in Canada, Australia, Hawaii and other states - we enjoy meeting a cross-section of people from around the world who stay in our Guest House!
Before retiring, we both had careers in the design-build-remodeling construction industry in three countries. Janet is a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer. Ken has held General Contractor Licenses in three countries. Ken is an avid SUP'er and mountain biker, and loves to play the guitar. Janet enjoys crafts, sewing and gardening. Both can be seen around town and on trails enjoying their E-Bikes!
