This apartment is on the top seventh floor of a 1950s building that has been totally refurbished, but still retains its Art Deco feel. The apartment has spectacular views over the City, including the National Palace and many of the churches. There is a communal terrace that looks out over the two active volcanoes that watch over the city.
The apartment is a one-bedroom fully self-contained flat. The living-space is a good-sized kitchen with dining area and lounge. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and closet. The bathroom has a larger shower, toilet and sink.
The whole apartment has been sensitively decorated with many ornaments gathered from the owner, Julia's, travels and work in many different parts of Guatemala.
Just one block away is Sexta Avenida- the famous bustling heart of Guatemala City, with many bars, restaurants. Two blocks walk away is the nearest TransMetro public transport that can take you to any part of the City very quickly and cheaply (fares are only Q1).
