Welcome to your ultimate boater's paradise! This bay front property is ideal for all water sports enthusiasts. With a huge private pier and slip, you'll have access to the Gulf and nearby Robinson Island. The house sleeps 10 in beds and 2 on a pull-out sofa. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, while the guest rooms have a double and twin beds. The three bedroom, also known as the sunroom during the day, has a full bed and a twin daybed with a trundle.

All areas of the house are on the ground level for easy access. The bathrooms have tub/shower combos. This property is dog-friendly, with an additional pet fee. You can catch crabs and even witness the Blue Angels air show rehearsals from the house during their practice schedule. It's also perfect for kayaking and other water activities.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. If you're in the mood for a delicious steak, there's a charcoal grill available (renter responsible for supplying charcoal).

For monthly rentals, the stay must be within the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate. Entry codes will be texted to guests on the day of arrival. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and no smoking is allowed inside or outside (includes balconies or porches).

Need a little updating!

My family and I were in town for my college graduation. Location was perfect as it was in the middle from the venue and the beach. The property is a little dated furniture wise, I think the TV was actually a flat screen 19’in computer monitor in one of the rooms. Lake view was nice to watch sunset The property served its purpose, just a place to stay to attend my graduation for 2 days! I give it 3 out of 5 stars. I’ll stay again if travels bring me back that way

Overall Great Time

Everything was beautiful and we had a great time. BBQ grill was dirty so we didnt use it. A ton of ants in the sunroom but we purchased ant spray, but for the price it was worth it.

3rd time was not a charm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time I rented this property and I was some what disappointed the master shower was dirty and we had to plunger the toilet sever times and the house smelled like mold when we got there along with it effecting our sinuses as if there is mold in the house

Quaint family friendly place away from summer crowds

Nice little place off the beaten path with great private pier. Slept 12 and enjoyed family time in the water. Only major issue was the master bath was leaking and not usable when we arrived and it took them a couple days and 3 trips to get it fixed completely. Property manager refunded us a night's stay after I texted several times asking for an accommodation due to the inconvenience. The sunroom was a great place for the kids to hang out. They actually enjoyed the little TV w/VCR. They said it was like going back in time to watch a movie. Spent alot of time on the pier fishing and swimming. There are a few solar lights on the pier at night but otherwise you should bring several lanterns if you plan to fish at night as it is very dark. There's a ceiling fan in the photos of the pier but it doesn't work. Beds and recliners were comfortable. It was mostly clean but the closet in the master bedroom smelled faintly like sewage and there were some small brown spots splattered on the master bathtub wall. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook meals at home and we only ate out on one occasion. The herb garden at the entrance was wonderfully fragrant and we used some of the fresh rosemary and mint to make refreshing mocktails! The garage had plenty of chairs and floats to make fun use of the pier and my son really enjoyed using the kayak.
