Ski shuttle details: Being RIGHT next door to Pico Resort you can drive down and park at Pico to ski or ride, or you can park there and take the bus up to the Killington ski lodges for free.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice simple place right near the slopes.

Nice place well apportioned use of the garage is a nice bonus. If there is normal snow on the slopes this place is darn near ski in ski out. Unfortunately for us that side of Pico was closed during our stay. If Sundowner Trail and the Knomes Knoll Triple are open it’s just a short walk (maybe 100 yards) to the slope and you’re off.

Ski On/Off

We had a great time staying slopeside. It is a short walk down the road to get to Sundowner. We weren't first chair but we almost were. The house itself was clean and tidy. Had everything one would need and even had a coffee maker and Keurig. We will be planning to stay here again if we have the chance.

Nice Place

Very clean, well-appointed and excellent location. Perhaps this was an anomaly, but it’s worth noting that I was awoken at 5:39 AM by a loud television (music/talking - sounded like a game show) coming from the space above the main bedroom. Otherwise, everything was great.
