Located on the 15th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Links, this single story home has been extensively renovated and professionally decorated with high-end luxury finishes throughout including a chef's kitchen with Thermadore appliances, quartz and granite countertops, and a massive pantry (stocked with countless appliances). Two master suites with king beds, a bunk room (with 1 full and 1 twin bed) and another large bedroom facing the golf course with 2 full beds. Media room has full queen pullout and 75 inch TV. 5 televisions, 3 with Sonos. 6 cruiser bikes and 1 tandem bike provided. Full access for all guests to Harbour Town pool. Ten minutes to Harbour Town and beach access by bike. Handicapped accessible shower in Master bedroom. Beautiful rear patio with Frontgate furnishings and gas grill. Terrific home for families.

So enjoyable

What a great spot! We loved the location. Very easy bike ride to the beach. The layout of the house is wonderful, as is having two living areas. The owners went above and beyond in equipping the home with everything we could possibly need. Life is busy, so when we vacation, it’s important to me to choose a place that has both beauty and comfort. This home is a wonderful example of both!

Great place. Very nice home.

Really nice home with bikes included for getting around the island. We had a great time. We just struggled a.bit with nasty no-seeum bugs around the property. The bites stayed on my legs for 8 weeks. Home owner was quick to respond with pest service. Hope they are gone now.

Wonderful relaxing vacation on HHI

We absolutely loved our time at this property. Marianne was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to questions. The home is gorgeous and spacious and fully stocked! Including beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes! It's a quick bike ride to HarborTown and about a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach club. The location is ideal!! Quiet street but close to everywhere you want to be. Spacious large bedrooms and gathering areas and open concept fully updated kitchen - plenty of room for the 10 of us! The den has a large sliding door and a comfy pull out couch which our teen aged son slept in. If there is one downside, that would be no pool on premise. However, you have full access to the HarborTown Pool which is a large pool and only 5 minutes away. We would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything you need is there.
