Studio Promenade is located on the 5th floor with elevator in a luxury residence. Apartment location

A studio apartment with comfortable fold down bed, fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Location is excellent for transport and groceries - Tramline 2 and Carrefour City both within 100 metres. Despite being on the 5th floor traffic noise is considerable when using the large balcony especially from motorbikes revving up at traffic lights immediately below, but this is much reduced when inside the apartment and using the air conditioning.

Excellent séjour à Nice

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Vue imprenable sur la baie des anges. Madame Arnold qui m’a accueilli est vraiment gentille ! Le tram passe fréquemment juste en bas de la propriété ce qui rend facile les visites au centre ville de Nice. Il est aussi facile avec le tram, le bus et le train de visiter les environs (villefranche sur mer, Monaco, cannes, …). Bref, séjour parfait !

Appartement en face de la plage

Appartement propre. Proche de la plage et des commodités. Cependant, appartement très bruyant, de plus il y a un bar dansant juste en face du logement, avec de la musique forte jusqu’à tard le soir (pas facile pour faire des nuits réparatrices) L’appartement est très bien placé mais assez loin du centre ville (40 min) et du vieux Nice (45 min à pied) La personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très agréable, et disponible si besoin ! Je recommande l’appartement pour un jeune couple, pour qui le bruit n’est pas un souci.
