Heiß am Meer.

Dicht am Meer - schöner Strand - leider keine Kühlung der Wohnung (auch kein Deckenventilator o.ä.) vorhanden, daher Nächte mit tw. über 30 Grad im Appartement. Einfach eingerichtet - durch Umbau des Balkons in Wohnfläche wenig Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Betten auch eher einfach und schmal (Schlafzimmer im Eingangsbereich). Toilette/ Bad im 70er Jahre Flair... Poolbenutzung (Pool sehr einfach) ist schwierig (eingeschränkte Öffnungzeiten, Beschränkung Nutzeranzahl, keine Badeshorts erlaubt). Parkplatzverfügbarkeit eingeschränkt, wenn kein Parkplatz freiparken teils nur in weiter Entfernung > 500m möglich. Teilweise nachbarliche Beschwerden über Lärmbelästigung bei normaler Unterhaltung nach 22:00 Uhr. Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten am Hafen (ca. 300m).
