Lagoon raised ranch( sheltered parking) in Swann Keys Community. If it rains, you can play or Bar B Q under the house and watch the rain on the water. Dock your boat at the house, short ride to the open bay. You can fish, crab or bring your kayak and use it right off of the bulkhead, while the family enjoys the community pool, or play pickleball, tennis, basketball and more . Also, drive 2 miles to the free beaches or a few miles to the boardwalk.
Wide open floor plan with island cook top. View the conversation area with a 65' smart TV, cable and wireless internet ready. The second TV is in one of the bedrooms with a built in DVD player. Two sliding glass doors open to lagoon side upper deck, where you can watch breathless sunsets. Spacious bedrooms with a 6 foot by 4 foot large rain and hand held shower in the master bedroom. The hall bath with a deep tub/shower serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Beautiful home great location...

The house and location were great... Home was well maintained with everything you needed and more. The home owners were very easy to communicate with and very helpful with places to eat and things to do.. Beautiful home, great location, wonderful owners. Would definitely rent again and definitely recommend it to others...

Beautiful home!

Very clean and nicely decorated home. Kitchen was well stocked with nice and clean dishes and pan and other necessities. Great under the house parking. Would highly recommend.

Excellent rental

This was our second year staying at this home and it’s just beautiful. Great location and super clean. Sandra is always accessible if you ever have a question and super helpful with recommendations in the area. Don’t have one thing to complain about.

Glorious Getaway!

Sandra's home was absolutely lovely and a perfect fit for our family of 5. Everyone had their own comfortable bedroom to spread out in, beds were fabulous and provided great sleeping for all. Location could not be better. We rented paddle boards for the week and could launch straight off the back inlet easily. The pool was within walking distance and was very family friendly and guarded. The State Park beach was just minutes away and provided easy parking. We enjoyed recommendations for many local restaurants and ate some amazing seafood! Grocery stores and local shopping was also easy to get to and the kids enjoyed Fenwick Ice more than once! Sandra provided wonderful info and feedback and the home was tastefully updated and decorated making it feel like home away from home! When we head back to DE we will for sure be booking with her again! Thanks for helping us make some awesome memories!
