Haus Gerlinde is a cozy chalet at 1700 m altitude, with a great view and a wonderful sun position, in the Silberleiten district, on the Gerlosplatte in Hochkrimml. Perfect for winter sports but also ideal in the summer if you love the beautiful unspoilt nature!
It is located between two ski lifts. Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian appearance, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, two with a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and a double bunk bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Separate toilet. Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washer and dryer. Storage annex ski room. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped open kitchen, fully equipped (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer, sandwich maker, toaster). Spacious Austrian dining area.
From the living room you enter the terrace. Due to the altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! Enjoy your apres ski!

Fijn verblijf voor volwassenen

Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen en een baby en dreumes in Haus Gerlinde. De locatie van het huis is super. Lekker dicht bij de piste en binnen een paar minuten te bereiken. Omdat we met twee kleine kinderen verbleven in Haus Gerlinde vonden we het net te klein. Met name de slaapkamers vonden wij niet geschikt om in te slapen met baby’s omdat de kamers aan de kleine kant en gehorig waren. Als je deze locatie huurt met 6 volwassenen is het zeker aan te raden en heel aangenaam. Onze ervaring was door onze groepssamenstelling niet optimaal, maar ik zou het huis wel aanraden om te verblijven als je maximaal met 6 personen bent. De communicatie met Wijnanda was erg prettig. Ze reageerde altijd snel en is erg vriendelijk.

nice stay

Gerlinde was a very well equiped house . Cosy sitting room with a stove. The kitchen stuff was super. Not far from the lifts. Only with little kids you need the car to go yo the skiclasses in Filstein. Others can walk to the 6 Bubble lift and ski directly to the house. In the ski room was no heating for the shoes and the house is better for 8 persons than for 10.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt zu 8. im Haus Gerlinde, fantastische Lage zum Skigebiet, Fußbodenheizung, Kamin und genug Platz auf dem Sofa.

Super vakantiewoning

Voor de tweede keer dit prachtige vakantiehuisje geboekt. Alles was in orde. Alleen opletten dat je de auto ver genoeg naar voren zet op de beschikbare parkeerplaatsen. In ons geval stond een auto net iets teveel richting de weg door de grote hoeveelheid sneeuw. Dat betekende dat we om 6.00u 's ochtends sneeuw moesten scheppen om de auto 10 cm naar voren te zetten.
