When booking our property, you should expect a clean area with natural lighting, equipped with all the amenities to undeniably please our clients. The Residence consists of a spacious 12x9 bedroom, a large 14x12 living room, a separate windowed kitchen, and finally a modern bathroom with a separate water closet.
This unit can fit up to 4 guests comfortably with sleeping accommodations, including a Queen Mattress and a Couch that folds out to a Queen-sized Sofa-bed. The Queen-Sized Mattress is placed in the bedroom, while the Queen-Sofa is situated in the Living Room of the Residence. These are the beds that are available to our clients, and currently there are no additional beds available.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, beginning with the living room area that has beautiful large windows opening out to a scenic view, keeping the apartment well illuminated as it fills with natural lighting. We offer TV streaming services as well, so if you’d prefer to take a break from the bustling streets of Manhattan and keep privacy to yourself as you recharge, we can assuredly accommodate your every need in that aspect.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size memory foam mattress, guaranteed to reliably give you a rested night’s sleep you won’t soon forget. We also provide accommodations around the residence with your baggage in mind, so you will find no shortage of storage places to assure that you can comfortably make yourself at home for the duration of your stay.
Our bathroom offers not only a separate water closet from the included shower, but it also has been pre-stocked with all the basic amenities that you will need during your stay. If there is anything that needs to be restocked or if there are specific requests that you may have prior to your stay concerning these amenities, please contact us so we can see if your specific needs may be accommodated.

★ LG (13,000BTU) Air conditioning window units, and 24/7 Steam radiators heating system, ensuring that regardless of the season of your stay, your comfort will be guaranteed.
★ Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, electric stove-top, toaster, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses, and silverware in sufficient quantity.
★Hardwood floors throughout, giving a decorative and ‘homey’ feel to your stay.
★ For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the unit, however, so that your privacy may feel respected, and you feel safety with no compromise to your comforts.
★ This is a pet-friendly property; $250 for pet fee.
★ Laundry is offered as a pickup and delivery service at a local facility with the same-day delivery at a discounted rate. Please inquire regarding these services when you book, so that we make these service prepared for you upon your arrival.
★ While we do allow the receival of packages on property during your stay, we must ask you to refrain from having any of your ‘routine’ mail sent here in place of your home/mailing address. We wish to simply avoid any confusion and potential complication of your mailing address being changed to ours, and we thank you for your understanding.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness:
We want our guests to have a safe, comfortable stay. All our housekeepers are full-time employees, not third-party contractors, allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitizer, masks, and disinfecting wipes if they do not have their own. If you have need of a service person, or an emergency presents itself, please use the contact information provided we are responsive and attentive New Yorkers that live in the building. We interact with guests in the reservation process. Then if they ever have any questions, we are happy to help, give you tips on the neighborhood, and help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
