2 bedroom/2 bath with front row view of the ocean. You can't get any closer to the ocean than this!

This is a very casual, informal beach home with tall ceilings, huge windows, an open floor plan, and lots of light.

Spend the day splashing in the waves, lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, and building castles before watching the sunset from the comfort of the Living Room.

There are two bedrooms with King beds, one bath en suite, plus a separate guest bath. The total of people is five, which means four adults, and an optional child as the fifth, due to the limited holding tank capacity. A hot tub in the back yard adds privacy and protection from the wind. No pets or parties are allowed.

There is central heat, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, serving bowls, and a variety of glassware on site. There is no air conditioning because the ocean provides a cool breeze with the doors and windows open.

It's a short10 minute walk along the beach into town for coffee/pastries in the morning, dinner, a bookstore, the Stinson Beach Market, library, kids playground, public basketball court and picnic pavilion with ping pong table.

Beach toys, chairs, and towels are provided.

The storms in January 2023 destroyed the back steps that provided secondary access to the beach. The application for their replacement is under review at the County of Marin, but until approved, that area will not be available to guests. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Fortunately, there are two other sitting decks and two entrances so access is not impeded.
