Awesome Location and Almost Unbeatable for the Price - 4 BR - Sleeps 7 - Steps to the Elizabeth Carter Beach with 8 Beach Badges - Located on a quiet street in the south end of town, our beach house has a Great Front Porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the Ocean Breeze. We also have a comfortable Living Room with 3 Sofas and an Adjacent Dining Room with a large table with room for 8 people. Ample parking on premises with room for 4 or more cars. Gas Grill in the Backyard.

We do not provide linens and towels. Coastal Linen Supply (732) 830-8228 is a local vendor that you can use.

Prefer to book full weeks in the summer, but will consider stays of 3 days or more.

Cleaning Protocols

We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to give you added comfort during this COVID-related crisis. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting counter tops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. However, these added protocols come with added cost and we are passing along some of the additional expenses we are incurring. We hope you understand.

Charming Point Pleasant Beach Home

The location was perfect. Steps from the beach and walking distance to lots of places. The house is a classic old school beach home. We had a great visit!

Unique, like a trip back in time

This is one of the few original houses to survive hurricane Sandy. We loved it's character and feel. It has been a family home for generations of the same family, so it has a discovery about their personalities in every corner - books she'll collections, founded sea glass. If you want modern bathrooms they are not here, claw footer tub , old sinks. If you want a large stream lined kitchen, it's not here but gadgets from corn holders to basic presses are abundant. Internet, cable and t.v. are all current and good. So you decide, modern or comfortable. We loved comfortable.
