Private, quiet uptown condo in the desirable 4th Ward neighborhood of Charlotte. You get the whole condo to yourself. Location is fantastic - quiet, but just a short walk to the center of the city. Clean and open space with full kitchen, balcony, private bedroom sporting a king-sized bed, full bath and comfy living area. Access to the rooftop grill / lounge and street level pool (when in season) are included as well as a free, dedicated parking space in the deck underneath the building.

Excellent Experience...

First off, the location was absolutely perfect--great restaurants nearby that you could walk to and we were there for a concert and were able to walk to the Spectrum Center with no worries. The area was quiet and safe. The condo was nice and very comfortable--everything we needed. What set this VRBO apart for others was the host. We received very detailed information regarding the unit, parking, codes, etc. Also lightning-quick response to any questions we had. Very impressed!!! Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect getaway!

Clean and cozy

My husband and I stayed for a basketball game at the spectrum center which was a short drive. The place was very vlean snd in a good area. The host responds very quick. We will definitely stay again.

We are a family that has lived in the Queen City since 1974. We all love the city and are excited to have a place in Uptown Charlotte that we can share with travelers from around the globe.

Why they chose this property

My family bought this condo so that when the time came to rehab mom's house, she would have a place to stay, plus we could use a some of the revenues to help offset the cost of the loan we need to fix up her home. We are a Charlotte based family that has been here since 1974 and truly love Charlotte and are glad so many people are starting to see how great this city truly is.

What makes this property unique

Location is probably the biggest factor. The building is also beautiful and well constructed - I can never hear the neighbors at all! The decoration and layout of the place are great as well and when you stay here, you feel open and relaxed, just like the space. The bedroom area can also be closed off to make it private in the event someone needs to sleep on the sofa couch or inflatable mattress. The balcony views are very nice, the trees outside are full of birds and squirrels that make you feel like you're in nature when you sit out there. I am constantly upgrading features, so there are many extras and small touches that I have added along the way to make sure your stay is fantastic!
