ENHANCED CLEANING: With the Covid-19 growing and hotels getting stricter
with their cleaning requirements plus the mandatory of 4 days between guests in rooms, we want to be proactive before it becomes a law for Airbnb and VRBO. We are requiring the same 4 days between guests our home. Three days for any residual virus to fade and one day for the maid to clean. In addition, the maid is doing extra sanitizing on the most common touch points for better prevention.
We want you to know that your health and comfort is our priority.

This superbly located, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, private bungalow in a gated community just a few minutes walk to the pristine beach of Bejuco is only an hour and a half from San Jose and only 25 minutes from one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations, Jaco. It is nestled in a lovely community only 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio Park in the other direction, one of the most spectacular natural experiences in Costa Rica.

In addition to the private pool there are two large community pools just a 3 minute walk down the street as well as a tennis court . In this house, we offer seclusion & privacy coupled with security in a modern vacation community. The three bedroom home with a private pool cradled in the patio from the living room is fully furnished and comes complete with everything you need to make your vacation experience economical, but is conveniently located to some of the most impressive tourist and natural wonders of Costa Rica. A 10 minute walk will get you to our isolated and safe beach, with miles of sand to explore. A 35 minute drive gets you to Jaco, one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations full of activities, nightlife and restaurants. Staying a little closer, we have amazing restaurants in the communities surrounding us, such as Esterillos Oeste, a quaint surfer town, or even the restaurants on our beach of Playa Bejuco. Another 30 minutes the other direction on the highway gets you to Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, one of the most impressive nature lover's paradise in Costa Rica. In either direction, you will find hidden gems of Tico living and things to see and do! Stay a month and you still will not run out of things to do within a 30 minute drive!

The house is large and spacious with many amenities. Plenty of room to enjoy a meal at home with a fully functional kitchen with all major appliances.

Comfortable house in great gated community

This community is close to the beach and it is carefully maintained. All common areas are beautiful. Shared swimming pool is really nice. This house is towards the end of the gated community and it has 3 comfortable rooms and big kitchen/dining area. Private pool is a good size, but it needs some updating and maintenance. House is uniquely decorated, all furniture is custom made and really different to what you normally see in CR. I really missed having a desk to work with my computer, but other than that, there is everything else you might need. Kitchen is loaded with all kinds of cooking and baking utensils. 1st day we walked to the beach, but all other days we decided to drive.

Paradise!

We stayed at this property for 10 weeks and feel we can give an accurate review of this home. Overall, it was a terrific stay. Any concerns were quickly responded to and taken care of by Pauline, the property manager. She was generous with providing additional supplies that we wanted, even if it was from her own home. We were very appreciative of that, for sure! The kitchen is loaded with tons of pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The one thing we could’ve used more of were dinner plates (although there were fancier china ones available that we didn’t want to use in case we broke them) when we had 6 people there. Otherwise, when it was just two of us, it was fine. The house was clean and well tended to by the gardeners, pool cleaner and housekeeper. We never wanted for anything! One thing the description was inaccurate about was the bed sizes. The master has a king size, the second bed we think is a double (although it could possibly be a queen, but a small one) and the third was a full size, slightly smaller than a double. There were lots of sheets and towels although the sheets for the third bedroom are a weird fabric and are VERY hot. Nothing to worry about though, if the AC or a fan is on all night. One problem in the third bedroom that was noted but not fixed while we were there was that the shower backed up due to roots in the drain line. I’m sure that that will be dealt with immediately now that our vacation is over, based on how quickly any other concerns were addressed. As previously mentioned, this house was fantastic, as was the pool. If we could add a wish list to make it even better as a rental, though, it would be to add these things: 1. A bigger and better quality tv 2. An outdoor shower 3. An additional water tank We highly recommend this home and have every intention of returning to this community again someday soon!
