Great Spring Break Trip
This house is terrific. Our large group of adults and children never had a day where they were bored. The dock access was a big highlight, as a lot of the kids spent time fishing or taking one of the available boats out for a trip around the sound. Beach access is a plus, and for the chairs made transport to/from the beach easy. The house has plenty of space for multiple families to gather together or just be separate. The decks allowed us to open the sliding doors for some fresh air. The house was clean and it seemed like everything was laid out as it was in the photos. Sound does carry in the house (maybe an obvious note if you have several people staying), so bring a white-noise machine if you're a light sleeper.The kitchen had every device you could think of, and there is a lot of prep space for making group meals. There are two large tables that let you split up the kids/adults. One of the two ovens wasn't working, which created some difficulties during meals. The other amenities such as the basketball court, pickleball, golf and the pool provided a ton of fun for kids/adults. The inside temp control was very responsive. The THREE fire pits were great for being outside at night. Road between house and dock is safe/quiet.The pool and hot tub stayed warm at the set temps. You can only heat one at a time, so you'll need to set a schedule with the house/travelers in advance. A ton of pool deck space for lounging. The host was very responsive.
