Channel Life made perfect. Pet friendly, remodeled channel side home, only 1-1/2 blocks from the beach. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living area, kitchen, front porch and large screened rear porch.
2 Master Bedrooms each with King size beds and a private bathroom for each, 2 bedrooms have two full size beds and shares a bathroom (perfect for the kids). Sleeps up to 12 people. All new furniture, appliances, cooking and dining essentials. Enjoy TV's in each room to relax and enjoy after coming in from a day at the beach.
Large screened back porch perfect for that early morning cup of coffee or a evening dinner and cards. Enjoy new outdoor furniture and picnic table.
Rear of house overlooks channel with a brand new dock, perfect for fishing or just relaxing. Under the house enjoy a grill, picnic table and serving table. Easy for an evening of R&R while grilling those favorite meals.

Description of each Room:
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with all new furniture, floor and decor. 32" TV with dresser and nightstands. This bedroom has a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Master Bedroom with all new furniture, floor and decor. 32" TV with dresser and nightstands. This bedroom has a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Full size beds with all new furniture, floor and decor. 24" TV with dresser and nightstand. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: 2 Full size beds with all new furniture, floor and decor. 24" TV with dresser and nightstand. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

Living Area: Sectional Sofa, accent chair with a 50" TV. Nicely decorated with a beach feel.

Newly built Hot and Cold outdoor shower in 2020.

Linens are provided FREE for the number of guests on your reservation, that includes bed linens, towels, hand towels and wash clothes for each occupant. If you are going to have additional guests come to stay, you will need to inform the owners so that they can provide adequate linens for those guests.

For guests with pets, we provide a towel for your use in keeping them clean and dry.

Flawless

Family vacation

Wonderful communication with the owners. We were able to check-in early which was really nice. House had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The screened in porch was heaven! Plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. My only suggestion would be the addition of a full-length mirror on one of the closet doors.

Hurricane Ian didn't ruin vacation!

Although Hurricane Ian delayed our trip a couple of days, we had a wonderful time. Darrel and Selena were great in getting the house ready after the storm. Darrel's determination and persistence to get the washer and dryer replaced was nothing short of miraculous! The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach. Great place to stay.

Family Vacation!

Awesome beach house! Very clean and well maintained. Owners are very helpful and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Close to the beach! Very relaxing. Best beach house we have ever stayed at.
