Nestled at 10,000 ft above see level, summers provide lush green surroundings perfect for viewing deer and elk and winters will have you buried in deep, fluffy powder, perfect for a magical day of skiing.

Winter: Ski right from the front door, 300+ inch of delish, fluffy Utah snow, best place to teach kids to ski, plenty of expert terrain, 40 runs and 600+ acres, some of the best backcountry in the state, a warm fireplace overlooking the slopes, dinning at the Eagle Point lodge, or sledding with the family.

Summer: Hiking, world class fishing, kayaking (3 lakes with 15 minutes), golfing (20 minutes away), tennis (20 minutes away), mountain biking on single track, and frisbee golf

Highly recommend!

This place was such a clean, cozy space for my family and I! It was such a great suprise! There was plenty of space for everyone, the rooms and beds were very comfortable- this was the best sleep I've had in a long time! It was easy to get to the mountain/ lodge. We appreciate this much needed vacation spot and will definately be back : )

Repeat visit- still great!

We have stayed here before and love the location and atmosphere of the property. It is clean, cozy, organized and perfect for a few days of skiing. Adam was great at communicating everything. We will continue to check this spot first when we plan future trips.
