My apartment is located in Dorsoduro close Zattere, Piazzale Roma and train station. Near you have the boat stations San Basilio (for Giudecca, San Giorgio island, Lido, San Marco, Piazzale Roma,Train Station) Ca' Rezzonico and Accademia for all stops in the Grand Canal.
Close to the fabulous Zattere waterfront and only a short walk to the Grand Canal, this is a lovely open plan second floor apartment, attractive, light and airy. It has a double/twin bedroom, a single bedroom, living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Is one of my favourite place in Venice because is outside from the turistic flux but at the same time so close.
In a few minutes walk to Campo Santa Margherita, St. Barnabas, the Academy, Piazza San Marco and nearby are the famous churches: Carmini, of St. Sebastian, S.Trovaso with famous works by Tintoretto, Veronese, 25 minutes by vaporetto (stop S.Basilio, vaporetto 61) you arrive at the Lido, with its golden beaches, the golf course and, in September, the international film festival.
Near the apartment you will find valuable services and pleasant rooms:
Supermarket (Prix, Conad, Punto), Post office, bank, tourist agency, car rental, ticket booths and stops of the main shipping lines in Piazzale Roma, pastry, pizza slices, typical places (bars, taverns, pubs, wine bars, pizzerias, restaurants), pharmacy in Campo Santa Margherita.
The apartment is located in a building where all neighbours know each other, so please respect the rules as no loud musique or noise during the night and not noise in the commun parts.
