400m from the beach and amenities (beach bar and restaurant, petrol station, newspapers, food eight to eight, car rental, diving club, pier with ferry to Fort de France), the apartment of 63m2 + 32m2 of terrace and balcony is on the 1st floor without elevator of a reassured residence. American kitchen equipped with new appliances (washing machine, fridge-freezer with fresh water dispenser, ...) with large hatch opening onto the terrace, bathroom with shower and new furniture two basins, separate toilet, 1 air-conditioned room with bed 160 x 200 and cupboard, 1 air-conditioned room with 2 beds 90 x 190 and cupboard (bedding and bed linen new), mosquito net for each bed, living room. In addition, it is equipped with WIFI internet access and television. A few kms, horse riding, golf 18 holes. Linen supplied nine. Parking box in the basement.

LA PLACE

Ne cherchez plus, l'endroit est idéal, juste assez loin et proche de tout. Sécuritaire , confortable, propre, bon accueil et surtout du bon côté de la Martinique avec la plage de l'anse a l'âne a 10min de marche. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable

Logement bien situé, facile d'accès (mais il est préférable d'avoir une voiture car ça monte !), fonctionnel et très propre. Parking en sous sol appréciable. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et l'environnement très calme. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Tout proche de la plage de Anse à l'âne, dotée de restaurants, d'un grand parking et où plusieurs activités sont proposées (sortie dauphins, plongée,...). Le huit à huit est à quelques mètres. Accueil de Mme SARROSQUY très sympathique. EB

tres tres bonne impression

appartement tres confortable et tres bien entretenu pour 4 personnes dans une petite résidence tres calme a proximité des commerces, de la plage et du bateau de liaison avec Fort de France et aussi une belle vue sur la baie. Tres bonne communication avec M Dolley le proprietaire et tres bon accuei et grande disponibilité de Mme Mirloret qui s'occupe de cet appartement. A recommander pour tous AJT

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement très agréable (baie vitrée qui s'ouvre sur une très grande terrasse) et spacieux. Location très propre et bien entretenue. Accueil très sympathique de la personne sur place (agent immobilier). Il est très facile d'aller à la plage de l'Anse à l'âne à pied. Au début de la rue, ne pas hésiter à acheter des spécialités locales. Et près de la plage, il y a un 8 à 8 ouvert toute la journée et le dimanche matin.
