Executive style apartment living situated on the 4th floor of the OSPREY1 Apartments within the WATERSCAPES complex, you can take in people watching from the deck whilst cooking a great BBQ or kick back and chill out on the sofa. It is just yards away from the Cascades Club entrance where you can utilize the Gym, Outdoor pool or one of the 2 hot tubs – Full changing rooms available along with pool tables in the community meeting area.

This 4th Floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 bath suite provides an open floor plan and living space. This suite also includes a slightly larger than usual deck for relaxing and BBQ’ing. The master bedroom features a Queen bed with Ensuite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. This is a recently redecorated (top to toe) suite – new to the rental market! This modern, fully equipped suite can accommodate 4 guests.

You are just a few minutes walk to Tugboat Beach where you can go swimming, rent a paddle board or just hang out on the beach. Just cross the road and you are nearly immediately on the boardwalk, where you can head past the beach to downtown hassle (and car) free. The Boardwalk path provides 5K dedicated walking and cycle paths. You are within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants as well as casino and live entertainment venues!

Great location…

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great and easy access to walking/biking trails. The only negative was the underground parking arrangements… very confusing and had no advanced warning of what to expect. Thanks to 2 residents passing by to help us.

Property Ok, Service not great

There were definitely some issues with our one week stay in this property. It started with the wrong code for the door provided by the Management company (the numbers were mixed up). While there were only 2 of us staying in this 2 BR condo, our daughter and boyfriend that live in Kelowna were planning to have dinner with us each night. Unfortunately, there was only one small bowl for use, 6 plates that had to be washed after every meal to ensure enough plates for the next meal and insufficient serving spoons and bowls. One of the serving bowls in the cupboard looked like it had not been put away clean and was growing mold! We found underwear left in the bedroom dresser, BBQ tank that was empty, to which the Management company asked us to fill up next time we were out (definitely not!) and a broken coffee table (my husband spent significant time with the management company to make arrangements for someone to fix it). I spent 10 minutes waiting for the hot water in the shower to kick in when my husband finally suggested maybe it was put on wrong and the cold is actually the hot -- indeed he was right! The wicker "bench" and chairs on the deck had ripped cushions on the chairs, but no cushion on the bench. The location was great for walking to downtown, the pool & hot tub were fabulous and it was relatively quiet at night. The view from this condo is nothing remarkable (looks out on other condos and the street).

Great experience

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend the whole summer in Kelowna. This was the perfect condo for us. He was away traveling for much of the time and I was on my own. I felt safe, close to the action and amenities, and comfortable in the condo. The unit has some evidence of use (carpet stains, marks on walls) but everything worked as it should. We asked the property management to send a handyman to unclog a bathroom drain and fix the loose toilet seats. He arrived within days and was super friendly and efficient. The vacuum doesn't work too well and there are no extras---even salt and pepper. However, it is so close to the water, the baseball park, the beach, and so many restaurants that those few things didn't matter much to us. We loved it!

Dirty run down condo

From the moment we arrived we were disappointed. Check in was poor ,couldn’t get in , wrong code , dirty stained carpets , can opener didn’t work , light burnt out and pool closed . It was advertised as pool and hot tub Very disappointed .
