Four bedrooms and 2 baths. Private in-ground seasonal pool. All bathrooms are shared between the bedrooms. Four CCTV's (one 42"; one 43"HD), Digital TV, DVD Player, VCR. Books, games, puzzles, videos, ceiling fans. Hand mixer, blender, toaster, two toaster ovens and a crock pot. Covered porch, deck on front and back providing fantastic ocean views and waterway views. Direct beach access across the street with ramps for wheelchairs, outdoor shower. Nightly rentals available off season only with a three-night minimum.

Please Note: While this was formerly a six bedroom property, beginning in 2024, this unit will only be available as an upstairs duplex with four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs portion will no longer be available for short term rentals.

Great getaway for extended family

Everything as expected. A little debris left by cleaning crew but nothing bad.

We had all our Children GrandChildren and our first little Great Grand Son. We loved the house.

We will be back. Plenty of Bedrooms and loved the 2 areas for family. All was great. Close to the beach and we also watched the Pelicans fly near the ocean on our front porch and went to the area behind the house and watch them on the poles. Our kids loved that. Could not have been a better experience. Also every one we talked to at your office was very kind and helpful.
