Access to stores, shops, and best of all SAFE , especially for children****avoid Hauula, Punalu'u

One of a kind!

We looked everywhere on the island for a beach-front property and couldn’t find one. This one is not only unique: it's fabulous! Marvelous position above a small beach considered a 'gem' in the guides of the island. The house is small but perfectly furnished, and you'll find all you need for beach sunbathing and snorkeling. Victoria, the owner, lives next door and is very courteous and always ready to help but not intrusive at all. You will love your stay there even if you find four days of wind and clouds as we did. The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed in any weather conditions.

Incredible Scenic Location

Our only regret staying at this property is that we were only able to stary two nights. This property is right on the water and has direct beach access. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Victoria has the property well stocked with anything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. Be sure to wake up early to brew a cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise right from patio. Would definitely recommend Victoria's property.

Perfect Getaway!

Everything was so nice. Victoria took every opportunity to make our stay perfect. It was a wonderful place to relax. The cottage was clean and well stocked. Loved our time in the cottage on the beach! Thank you Victoria.

Amazing beach

The lagoon is so much more inviting and amazing than we first thought. Great property, lovely owner, and so much fun. PERFECT for kids and beach bums alike.

The view and location can’t be beat!

We had a great stay at this North Shore home! The house is really cute, but the main thing is the view. So gorgeous! The private little beach was great for our family. We also enjoyed being right across the street to the Polynesian Cultural Center. We walked over there multiple times for the show and also for the multiple food options. The owner was also very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I walked into the home and saw the views! The house needed a lot of TLC and now it's outstanding. The location is very safe and the beach is one of a kind. The only lagoon on the island. I'm a survivor of a major stroke in 2009 and enjoying life. I love sharing my home with others and the aloha of Hawaii.

Why they chose this property

I love the ocean. The minute I walked through the patio doors and saw the views, I knew I had to have the property. The views are awesome and the water is crystal blue. The house is located on the sand and not on the street!! Laie is a great town and home to BYU and the PCC! ****FYI, watch out for places just 3-5 miles south of us, there are TWO bad areas, not safe, drugs and property crime. We are in a safe area. Prices may be less, but the area is entirely different from LAIE. No major, busy highway to cross to get to the sandy beach. No property crime. Laie is VERY NICE. Access to stores, shops, and best of all SAFE , especially for children****avoid Hauula, Punalu'u. Check the city name located at the top of each listing. Some owners do not list their correct location

What makes this property unique

The beach is OUTFRONT....you can fall asleep to the ocean sounds. We are set back from the main highway and you do not get the traffic noise.
Walking across to the street to PCC and the best luau and show on the ENTIRE island...I know as I have been there several times.
You can walk to BYU university - . Stroll to McDonald's for an ice cream cone or just sit and enjoy the beach.
