B & B / guesthouse "À la carte" in the country for 4 people. Label 2 ears Gites de France. Quietly located in Brié Angonnes and at the foot of Belledonne, 15 minutes from the center of Grenoble, 5 min Uriage les Bains, 30 minutes from Chamrousse (station summer / winter).

Price: 48 € / night (min 3 nights) - 270 € / week - 295 € / week summer holidays + christmas for 2 people (included linen and tourist tax) 7 € / additional person (beyond 2).
The package includes: sheets, tea towels, bathroom linen and tourist tax
Possibility of breakfast for 6 € / person.
For a 2-night rental, the breakfast option is mandatory.

Apartment (entirely new) in ground garden of 25 m2 composed:
- A kitchen equipped with hob 2 burners, fridge, microwave and oven.
- A mezzanine above the kitchen with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed
- A living space with a sleeping area and a living area. The bedroom area is equipped with 2 beds 90 x 190 cm twinned to have a king size bed 180cm x 190 cm.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Equipped with TV, DVD player, free internet access, Wifi
May Laundry on request.

Outside, private parking, terrace and garden, barbecue, games: trampoline (4,3m), Table Table tennis and many other games.
