Fantastic Apartment

Eine große schöne Wohnung an einem wunderschönen Ort

Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Familie. Von Sotogrande aus kann man super Ausflüge starten. Der Jachthafen ist wunderschön. Der immer leere Pool im Oktober direkt an der Wohnung wurde von uns viel genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und sehr schnell und nett. Fragen wurden per Mail innerhalb 1 Stunde prompt beantwortet. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig und gut mit einem SUV befahrbar. Das wir 2 Stellpätze hatten war Luxus. Genau wie die Wohnung. Die ist auch sehr gut und luxuriös Ausgestattet. Wir haben auch gerne in der Küche gekocht. Es gibt vom Entsafter, Toaster, zig Pfannen und Topfe auch gute Messer. Handtücher hätten wir uns in unserem Gepäck sparen können, da es in der Wohnung ausreichend Handtücher gibt Inkl Standtücher und Geschirrhandtücher. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und wenn dann wurde es sofort behoben. Eine Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Die Putzfrau erledigte es recht schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne Wieder und Danken Juan!!! Perfect and peaceful

Just returned from a two week stay at this fabulous apartment to play golf and attend the Solheim Cup. It was the perfect apartment for us and we had the most fabulous time there. We were met at the security gate at the port by Mrs Toni. Mrs T escorted us to the apartment, gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment, its amenities and arranged days to come and carry out cleaning. The apartment overlooks one of the canals leading from the marina and provides lovely views from the large terrace equipped with large sofa, dining table, sun loungers and BBQ. Everything you need to make the most of the outdoor living experience. Internally it is spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean with great air-con if needed. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. The location was ideal for us, short walk to the restaurants and shops at the port and 5 minutes in the car to the Mercadona and El Corte Ingles to stock up on essentials. Communications with the host Juan Felipe were excellent from the start of the booking process all the way through to our departure. Any questions or queries we had were responded to promptly, mostly within an hour. He also got in touch to check everything was okay after a power cut occurred which affected a number of apartment blocks in the area. Thank you Juan for providing us with such a lovely place for our trip. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

Another fantastic stay

We were delighted to return to this beautiful apartment - we had a fabulous holiday. Communication with the owner and check in were first class and the apartment is amazing. Really peaceful but only a couple of minutes walk to some great bars and restaurants, and lovely beaches. Hope to come back again next year!

The perfect week

This is a wonderful apartment with a stunning position on the waterway. The balcony!terrace is huge and the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink. The pool was very much appreciated by all! The apartment is very clean and well supplied. Juan is a great host and was so helpful when our flight got cancelled, enabling us to stay an extra night. Thank you again Juan.
