Beautiful home MODERN 5 minutes walk from the center of FORMIGUERES, consisting of a kitchen, living room, 2 SDE 3 adults rooms on the top floor one large dormitory child, 1 garage where you can store your belongings for ski.
Newly built in 2013 in the village of Formiguères. Formiguères is a lovely family resort where you can ski downhill on 19 runs for all levels plus cross country skiing and snow park for children. The tracks are oriented north and well maintained. From the house you'll find a 5 minute walk to the village center where you will find a warm welcome and excellent services including ski rental, supermarket, bakery, newsagent, butcher, bars and restaurants. The style and atmosphere are those of a traditional mountain village. Les Angles, 4km, is a large neighboring resort with 29 groomed trails, snowboard park, children's area and numerous cross-country ski tracks.

maison sale et très mal entretenue

annonce alléchante mais force est de constater qu'elle ne correspond pas au logement : nombreuses déjections canines devant la maison, ménage non fait et logement très sale, pas du tout entretenu : vaisselle très ébréchée, cocotte minute non adaptée pour 10 personnes, garage très sale.... finitions inexistantes : prises de travers.... dommage !!!!!!! nous n'y retournerons pas!
