About this property

The townhouse is three floors: the top floor has a private bedroom and a full bathroom. The main floor is the kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, and patio deck. There is a working wood stove (we must chat if you want to use it), and new 4k 65inch Roku TV with surround sound. The downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, bunk beds, and laundry.

I also love to travel, so I've added unique things I wish all rentals had such as:
- All the beds have surge protectors next to them so it's easy to charge your electronics.
- There's a boot dryer available so you can dry two pairs of ski boots so that the next day you don't have wet feet.
- I don't nickle and dime - My place is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and such. I hate when a rental provides one roll of toilet paper for an entire stay - so I don't do that.
- My kitchen will have condiments and spices you are welcome to use.

Home away from Home

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was clean, offered more than you could imagine, cozy and conveniently located to everything. The host was responsive and super nice. We can’t wait to come back as this will be our home when we come to Breck! If you’re shopping around - stop - you found your next spot! ❄️
