Spring Training Stay

Perfect little garage apartment for two! Great location and very clean! Hosts were very friendly and very nice to work with. I would stay there again.

Just as advertised

Nice apartment in Arlington Park area. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Owners very responsive. About a mile from Downtown Main St. and Southside Village. Easy access to beaches and highways. We would rent again.

Former CEO of Public Software Company, Atlanta native- current Sarasota Resident, married, 5 adult children and Developer and owner of Hotel Indigo-Athens located in the bucolic college town of Athens, GA just 60 miles east of Atlanta.

Why they chose this property

I was able to build from scratch a vacation rental that incorporates what I know about hospitality into a superior guest experience in a great location and town. We've owned beachfront in Sarasota, but moved to a more central location to take advantage of all Sarasota has to offer.
