A 3-minute drive and you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores (like Winn Dixie, Publix, Target) and shopping - so close to Spanish Springs Town Square; enjoy dining and nightly entertainment!

This lovely 3/2 property is updated throughout. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a double-oven stove and a dual zone beverage cooler. The granite island seats three while the kitchen tables seats six (leaf available for even more seating). The living/dining area seats 4. The floor plan includes a den with office alcove and primary bedroom with an alcove -- plenty of space (2153 sq ft) to relax and enjoy your home away from the home. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and 2 walk-in closets, the bath features dual quartz vanity w/double sinks and walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms, living room and den have large flatscreen TVs with a variety of streaming services or log-in to your own favorites. You'll find the screened-in front porch welcoming - sit and relax or enjoy your favorite beverage. Book today, this home will not last long.
