About this property

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale. There is a master suite and then two other spacious bedrooms that each sleep 4 comfortably. There is large great room off the kitchen with a 65" smartTV. The dining area is furnished with an oversized custom made table that offers seating for ten plus a large island with seating for 5! The Kitchen is so fresh beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is huge and features a nice sized patio area and large grassy area with paver patio extension w/more chairs, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, and pool with lounge chairs! The home also has WiFi, Youtube TV, TV's w/smart blu ray players for Netflix/Hulu, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area of Scottsdale close to the 101 freeway, Talking Stick Resort/Casino, Odysea aquarium (largest aquarium in the southwest) and the center of Old Town Scottsdale. There are tons of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all!

Great cozy place

Shannon was fantastic! We had other accommodations that were canceled at the last minute and she helped us out so fast and quick.. was very nice and helpful.. the place was nice and comfy.. Thank you again Shannon 💓

WORST UNIT I HAVE EVER RENTED. DISGUSTING.

Disgustingly dirty!! Hasn't been cleaned since the last review back in 2021. Dust on air vents so thick it looked like fur. Thick dust accumulated on the actual walls. Layers upon layers of grime everywhere. Even the headboard of the bed has 10 layers of dust and grime. The mattresses are stained. Look inside a kitchen drawer and see someone's breakfast still stuck inside the pan. Make a stuffed animal with the hair you found in the shower. Condition of the unit was 100% unacceptable, which is a shame because it has a good rating. Everything is scuffed, dingy and covered in dust and dirt. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. If I could post the pictures, I would, because words do not begin to explain the condition of this place.

Girls bachelorette weekend

So much fun in such a cute house! Decorated nicely and comfy beds! Only thing is change is have a full length mirror somewhere in the house!

Girls Weekend

Just this past weekend I stayed here with six girlfriends. The house is exactly as shown in the photos- sooo cute! The location of the house was ideal for majority of our outings and Uber/Lyft were not hard to come by. Don’t let the pool not being heated throw you off- it gets HOT and this pool is refreshing. I liked how there were plenty of seats no matter where our group congregated. Shannon was an absolute delight to deal with and was always prompt in her kind responses. If I ever return to Scottsdale, I would 100% stay here again. Thanks Shannon for sharing your adorable home with us :)
