This 2-bedroom cabin (approximately 833 sq. ft.), features log construction with a daylight/walkout basement (views of Mt. McKinley and lake with loons). The 3-level cabin features a bedroom loft, with a queen bed overlooking the remainder of the cabin…perfect for snuggling “honeymooners” (quaint and romantic). The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a propane fireplace and a large adjacent bathroom. A short stroll down our garden path leads you to one of our picturesque lakes–setting the mood for a romantic canoe ride. Very cute, sleeps 4+.

An amazing last minute stay!

My husband and I just1 day before booking with Susie, we lost out on our orginal booking at the Skyline lodge in Talkeetna because of the landslide in the Park. Susie was SO helpful in getting us booked so quick. And we were definitely not disappointed. We loved loved loved our stay. The property was so calm and beautiful. My husband caught some fish on the lake there and we made ourselves some yummy dinner with the full kitchen. Everyone was so kind! Loved the drive into the property too!

Cute cabin on nice grounds

While we just used the cabin as a crashpad for one night in the middle of a roadtrip, I could see it being nice to stay here longer. The place had all the standard amenities and the little lake and pond on the grounds were nice.

Property was what we expected. We loved how remote it was, which some ppl may not like. Good views of the moutains. We would book again in a heartbeat 💓

Perfect Getaway

We celebrated our 2nd anniversary and it well exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was a nice quiet setting on a lake. It felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The property was very nicely landscaped with beautiful gardens. Our host was outstanding and made sure we had everything we need. We will be back for sure!!
