This a quiet neighbourhood where you will enjoy the seabreeze at all times. Enjoy the best of both worlds, this property is located between Marbella and Gibraltar yet, close to everything.
The living room wall-to-wall window doors open directly to a cozy and sunny terrace for you to sun-tan enjoyment all day long.
It is equiped with extras such as safe box for your peace of mind, power showers for a relaxing water massage, a 40 Inch flat TV in the living room (and an old vintage tv in the bedroom enough to hear the news). It is managed directly by Us, the owners, we handle the maintenance and cleaning, as well as your check-in and check-out. Rest assured that you will be taken care of at anytime that you need us either by phone or email to help you in English, Spanish or German for any needs you might have. Excellent place to stay, great owner

The weather in this area is milder than in Málaga Capital in general, here you will enjoy seabreeze either during the day but especially at night, then it will definetly refresh you. The community is quiet, peaceful and safe since it is a private gated community. 5 pools and individual garages. Each apartment has an independent main door entry most of them thorugh a porch, this is a unique feature that make you feel that you are on a private home.

The location is perfect if you are really looking to unwind and relax, yet, places like Puerto de la Duquesa will offer you exciting social, culinary, sports activity choices. Only 15 mins from Puerto Banús Marbella and It is close to Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and Cádiz. It offers a perfect location and the best beaches in the area which are not massively crowded compared to other cities on the Coast.
