Well appointed home. Clean and comfortable! Home in quiet setting, Convenient to both Cooperstown and Oneonta. Sallie was very communicative and quick to respond!
This is a lovley renovated home - the perfect getaway to relax after a long day at the park. Perfect distance from Dreams Park. And Sallie was a wonderful host - very responsive and thoughtful. If I ever return to Cooperstown, I will most definitely stay at Sallie's again!
Thank you Sallie for sharing your beautiful home with our family. I cannot say enough how beautifully renovated your home is. The setting is peaceful and quiet and conveniently located to Cooperstown Dreams Park, Ommegang Brewery and downtown Cooperstown. As a property owner Sallie was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend staying here during your trip to Cooperstown!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The surroundings were very peaceful and the home itself was lovely. We were in close enough proximity to Cooperstown, grocery store, restaurants, etc for it to be convenient but without feeling caught in the hustle and bustle.
I love the beautiful home and the charming owner, Sallie. Thanks for making my stay perfect, Sallie.

Beautiful countryside getaway.
This was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and I. The house was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery and also close to Cooperstown.
Ideal location for a peaceful, accessible trip to the Hall of Fame. Felt like it was home in a time century away, yet convenient in terms of modern day details. Only one minor short coming, back screen door, while new, has a closer arm that needs adjustment for ease of entry.
We had a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous! The old floors and woodwork are beautiful! The house was very clean. The host was very easy to work with and responsive to all my questions! Would recommend staying here 10/10!
Great spot for our family on our trip back to the Cooperstown area to see old friends and go to horse camp. Conveniently located between Cooperstown and Oneonta. Beautifully restored old home with all of the modern convenience. Highly recommend.
The home is comfortable, beautiful peaceful and spacious. And there is so much to do in the area. Museums, hiking, boating, and great welcoming restaurants. Sallie is attentive and gracious. Highly recommend.
Thoughtfully restored farmhouse 20 minutes outside of Cooperstown. House perched on a hill above a lightly trafficked road with a panoramic view of rolling hills and farmland. Comfortable and well-stocked.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic farmhouse. The house was remarkably comfortable with its updated kitchen and bathrooms. Be sure to check out how wide some of the floorboards are! We came to the area for our son's baseball activities at Cooperstown. Despite its rural setting, this house was very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park.
