The laid back, magical lifestyle of Manhattan Beach calls with this incredible, modern beach house on a famed, South Manhattan Beach walk street. Just a couple blocks walk to our beloved downtown hamlet, this 1500 sq. foot 3 bed/3 bath CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONED home just finished a complete remodel. Stylish and modern, the space is open and exceptional with common spaces (kitchen, dining bar, living and one half bath) on the ground floor including an entire wall of glass doors that fold back to create true indoor-outdoor living space and 3 spacious bedrooms on the top floor. The master has a King bed, one of the guest rooms can be configured for extra long twins or another king and the third bedroom has 2 extra long twins. THe thoughtful, elegant details of the home include spa-like bathrooms, two full tubs and showers, high end appliances and fixtures, parking for 3 cars including one garage space and two on the drive, a rare and coveted walk street frontage and incredible proximity to arguably the best beach blocks in our city.

Our large, furnished walk street patio area has full-ocean views, Kitchen Aid BBQ, quaint foot wash station, full dining table and chairs and plenty of room to play and watch the endless sunsets.

Available year round, there are few homes this new in this sweet of a location! Property is a 30 day+ rental.

Mid-stay cleaning fees to be paid by guests directly to cleaners.
