This cozy 2.5 bedroom 60m2 duplex apartment is part of a small property at the base of the Mont Blanc. The apartment is ideally suited for 4-5 people, but can sleep up 8. The apartment has a open-space living room with fireplace and a wonderful terrace with stunning 180º views to the Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi.

At Le Petit Pin you would be renting directly with a owners who have travelled around the world renting apartments and who understand what is really necessary (and what is not) when traveling abroad.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

First floor

- Full bathroom with bath/Jacuzzi

The apartment is placed in the Saint Antoine-Les Granges neighbourhood of Chamonix-Les Houches, conveniently placed close to supermarkets (Super U), pharmacies, laundry services, small hotels and restaurants and even laundry and DVD rental services.

Although the Chamonix area is better enjoyed by car, the apartment is very well served by public transportation, with a bus stop (Les Granges) within 150 m distance. Access to train (Gare SCNF Les Houches) within 1500 m distance.

Le Petit Pin is only a 10 minute drive, or a bus or train journey to the either sides of the Chamonix Valley, including the Chamonix city center, the main ski slopes in the area, the cable car to Aiguille de Midi, the route to climb the Mont Blanc or the mountain train to the Mer de Glace. Just to mention a few!
