About this property

I offer two studios adjoining the 27M2 balcony and for 4/5 people each to rent together or individually (the two Alps 1800).
The studios are south facing with a large balcony for each (photo with view) offering a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Deux-Alpes resort, the ski slopes and the summit of the Muzelle.
Ideally placed for skiers with departure and return at the foot of the residence, village chairlift at 50m, guaranteed snow with ski up to 3600m above sea level and 220km of slopes.
Ski lift box and ESF ski school just next to the chairlift.
Various shops (restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and sports shops) nearby.
Municipal wellness area just below the building with indoor / outdoor pool with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi.
Free and regular shuttle to circulate throughout the resort.
The residence is quiet, digital code at the entrance.
The 2 studios include a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a bunk bed, kitchen equipped with mini-oven, electric hob, dishwasher (1 studio), LCD screen, WIFI .
Most of the rental: underground parking and discounts for our tenants:
- 5% for the purchase of a SKIPASS ski pass of 4 days or more on the site.
- from 20 to 50% on the rental of sports equipment.
- 5 to 10% from certain merchants in the resort (leisure, fitness, caterers, ski school, sports shops, restaurants, mountain restaurant, souvenirs).

Had a great time in L2A. The apartment is in an ideal location for skiing. Next to the Village lift which will take you right up to the ideal part of the ski area. It is in a part of the village with a few restaurants of which I recommend the laser game place next door. For other eating options you are left with a handful of restaurants within walking distance which are fully booked. To find more restaurants you have to drive. The apartment is clean and functional but very spartan. Do not expect luxury of any kind. Everything you need is in the apartment but everything is basic. The balcony is great on sunny days. The concierge service worked great and parking was plentiful. If you are looking for a week of skiing and don’t need luxury this place is ideal. If you want nightlife and party you should book closer to the tourist office.

Très bon séjour

Avec soleil et neige vraiment au top une semaine dans cet appartement au pied des pistes avec un concierge qui répond à vos questions de façon très aimable, la gestion avec abritel le propriétaire ce concierge est parfaite. A noter que l'ESF en face de l'appartement n'effectue que des cours particuliers et n'assure pas les cours enfants en groupe (pour 1ère étoile par exemple).

Séjour très réussi dans 2 appartements agréables à vivre, très propre, confortable au niveau de la literie, exposée plein sud et vue imprenable sur la montagne. Rien à redire. Accueil très bien également . A conseiller vivement +++
