Bright, airy, sunny one bed found on first floor of Victorian home. Private entrance and private porch. Features hwd floors, high ceilings,large living room with flat screen TV , sleeper sofa, work space and dining area. Bedroom offers queen bed and television. Fully equipped kitchen. Coin-op laundry, on sight parking. Pets considered. Quiet tree-lined street , but steps to restaurants,shops and 3 different green line trains. Easy commute to City, Boston College and Boston University.

Bright and spacious one bedroom, sit outside and enjoy peace and relaxation on private porch with bistro table and chairs. some pets considered, additional cleaning fee applies.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot as it is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Great location with BC, shops and restaurants close

Didn't even need to take the T to Boston College, just a lovely walk around the reservoir. A great location and perfect for 2 of us visiting our son at school. Even with a little snafu, the management team solved it quickly and were very responsive.

A great condo in a beautiful old house in a nice neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a great little condo in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great to work with and offered many great suggestions and were very accommodating. We used their suggested car service from the airport which made our arrival very easy. Once there we were met with slippers, snacks, water and even umbrellas! The condo is in a great location! We took the T quite a bit which was a short walk. We also used Uber a few times. We never waited more than a few minutes. Uber drivers are plentiful in the area. There are restaurants in the area where we ate breakfast and got takeout dinner. There are also convenience stores in the neighborhood. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was there! We would definitely stay again!
