Two story loft Condo in the downtown Riverfront District located right on the Caloosahatchee RIVER! Feels like a resort with pool, hot tub, tennis courts and gym! Your chef's kitchen awaits with granite countertops, stainless appliances with filtered ice/water dispenser, and large breakfast bar. Enjoy sunset, boat, dolphin and river views while sipping cocktails, tea, or dining in your two story screened Lanai. Second floor loft bedroom has additional TV, laundry closet, ensuite bath with large glass shower. Take the trolley or walk only 15 min to Downtown Ft. Myers and enjoy many of the great star restaurants and clubs, high end shops, art galleries, and much more. Garaged parking spot is included. Easily accessible to Florida's best beaches/islands, including Fort Myers beach, Lovers Key, Boca Grande, Sanibel, Siesta Key, Cayo Costa and Captiva. Take the ferry over to Key West, rent a boat for a sailing/fishing trip or just relax in your own "backyard". 2-3 hours drive to Miami, Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale. Take a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the river, exercise, soak in the sun, watch a movie or find a new book with the extensive amenities at this private condo community and lots of activities. Building has attended lobby, guest parking and garage. Pets are on a case by case basis-please inquire.

Fees & deposits required in addition to the rental charges collected here (completely defined in the rental agreement) include a complex security deposit, background check fee and application fee; these charges/deposits are required of all who stay at the San Tropez or Riviera towers, they are as much a protection for the complex as they are for you to ensure your stay is as safe and enjoyably as possible.

Great location with a great view.

Just a 20 minute walk to downtown Fort Myers and a beautiful view of the river from any place in the loft. Also, a great infinity pool and hot tub over looking the river.

A beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo’s pool was really nice and we made many new friends. A very nice place to stay. The owner was easy to work with and very friendly.

Wonderful property and water view

We enjoyed our stay at this contemporary luxury property which included a stunning infinity pool and well-equipped fitness center. The rental unit was very clean and exquisitely decorated. The lanai on this unit gives a picture-perfect water view with amazing sunsets and an occasional dolphin siting. The property was located very close to the popular downtown river district which is safe and has plenty of restaurants, shops, and cultural events. We were impressed that the owners provided an initial welcome package with unit instructions, as well as, plenty of tips on local activities and restaurants which made a smooth transition. They were very kind and answered any of our questions promptly. We had a great trip and experience!

Great property with great views and amenities. Close to downtown Ft. Myers. Unit was comfortable & clean. Owners are very nice and helpful. Would certainly rent this unit again and would recommend it to others!

My wife and I in Chicago; I grew up there and my wife in Tampa. I work as a mechanical engineer and my wife a teacher, which unfortunately keeps us away from the property during the best part of the season.

Why they chose this property

For years we would load up our toy hauler RV and head to Ft Myers over the holidays, but over time the drive to/from Chicago was just too much. We started shopping in 2017, and in January 2018 we found this property which checked all the boxes.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views and close to the trendy downtown. the beach is great to visit, but the spring break atmosphere wasn't somewhere we wanted to live.
