A luxurious 2 bedroom flat, part of a villa converted to 4 apartments, in one of the best locations on Cap D’Antibes close to excellent beaches, night life and all amenities. Accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen and dining-room, spacious living room with WiFi, TV, music centre and Satellite, fully fitted kitchen with dish-washer, fridge, oven, micro-wave, washing-machine, covered terrace with magnificent sea-views. On a separate floor there are 2 bedrooms, with main bedroom having a French door with magnificent sea views, and 2 bathrooms. There is also a swimming-pool, 300 sqm well kept garden and large private terrace with a built-in barbecue, with seating area and panoramic sea-views. A number of Ski resorts are within one and half hour drive from the villa.

Wonderful location

A particularly beautiful Villa in a nice surrounding. Especially the ocean view is very breathtaking. The villa has all we needed. We‘d like to come back next year.

Great Location with Ocean View & Pool

Fantastic location overlooking Mediterranean sea. Really enjoyed our morning dip in the pool and walks (quite long!) down to the beach and along to the town for dinner. Had to contact the property manager for location of towels (we thought they should have been laid out), also Wifi slow by modern day standards but these were minor inconveniences in a memorable stay!

Séjour Cap d’Antibes

Séjour de 2 semaines en couple 2eme moitié de juin , juste parfait. Au calme, piscine, terrasse vue sur la mer. Détail : TV difficile à manipuler et pas totalement fonctionnelle. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller.

Marvelous view, lots of space and comfort

The view was just marvelous. As a family of four we could all enjoy it at every meal. Everything was very comfortable, more than enough space. Kitchen was well equipped. Only 1km from the beach, 1.8km from the bakery. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi/ TV was not working.

Beside the great location, from the moment we walked through the double gates, we fell in love with the elegant villa and the magnificent sea view as the backdrop.

What makes this property unique

Quite location while close to beaches and the old Antibes Town. The panoramic sea views and landscaped gardens offer many outside spaces to enjoy the villa during the day and night.
The apartment, being on two levels with high ceilings in living areas and ample outside spaces, feel like an independent villa.
